The number of core employees operating in the company currently has more than 200 people, including Masters, engineers, lawyers, and bachelors in the fields of valuation, finance, economics, justice, and construction., auditing, banking… have the capacity and professional ethics to meet the needs of all customers.

The average age of officials and employees in the company is currently 35. The staff always receives professional training organized by the Ministry of Finance and the Valuation Association.
The leaders of Thanh Do Valuation’s departments all have more than 10 years of experience, high working skills as well as knowledge of current laws and regulations.

Ngày 19/11/2022, tại Singapore, Viện Nghiên cứu Hợp tác Khoa học Kỹ thuật Châu Á – Thái Bình Dương phối hợp với Viện Khảo sát đánh giá chỉ số cạnh tranh, tạp chí Việt Nam Hội nhập, Trung tâm văn hóa Doanh nghiệp và Phát triển thương hiệu và một số cơ quan hữu quan tổ chức chương trình “Diễn đàn hợp tác, xúc tiến thương mại Việt Nam – Asean”; và vinh danh “Thương hiệu Vàng Asean”.
