(TDVC Appraisal Of Real Estate) – According to the provisions of Article 107 of the Civil Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2015, real estate includes:

• Land;
• Houses, construction works associated with land;
• Other assets associated with land, houses, construction works;
• Other asset stipulated by law.

1. Appraisal purpose

• Buying, selling and transferring real estate, investing in real estate;
• Mortgage of assets to secure bank loans;
• Handling bad debt assets of the bank;
• Determining the value of real estate to prove financial settlement, study abroad, tourism in the foreign country, etc.
• Contribute capital to joint ventures, compensation, insurance, complaints, settlement and handling of disputed assets in cases
• Serving the purposes of justice, judgment enforcement
• Refer the market value;
• Other purposes as prescribed by law.
